Our Story

Daatchi started with a simple question, "What would the future of Africa look like if social change, policymaking and innovation join hands?"

Despite a wealth of mineral resources and scores of talent, Africa's post-independence development has waned in comparison to other continents. To date, deficiencies in policy design and continuity stall the desired levels of progress. A model coupling policymaking and entrepreneurial thinking can change the narrative and usher in a new era.

Daatchi - or Daakye meaning 'Future' in Akan - was established in Accra, Ghana in 2025 as our answer.

Founder

Efua Akyere Graham is Founder and Managing Partner of Daatchi Consulting Group. She has a decade of experience in conceptualizing and coordinating strategic projects from corporate boardrooms to international initiatives and conferences in the United Kingdom & Ghana.

Efua holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Ashesi University and a Master's Degree in Public Policy and Management from King's College London. She successfully completed the Oxford Strategic Innovation Programme with the Saïd Business School - University of Oxford in 2021. She firmly believes that the best way to articulate the future is through policy.
